Since 2017, we have been partnering with Ecuadorian communities to share the hope and love of Jesus.
Kingdom Acts was born from a profound desire to serve Christ by uplifting rural communities and supporting their pastors. Collaborating with generous contributors, we seek to inspire and equip pastors as they minister to those around them. Our involvement spans modest endeavors like distributing reading glasses and church materials to facilitating larger undertakings, such as providing funding for constructing community churches. We express heartfelt gratitude to the Lord for working through our faithful donors to meet the needs of His Kingdom, whether large or small.
Our Story: A Calling to Serve
Kingdom Acts was born with a clear vision: to bring the Gospel and the love of Christ to forgotten communities, reaching those who need it most.
The Beginning: A Purposeful Encounter
The story of Kingdom Acts began in Ecuador, where Geovanny and Kayla met while serving in a ministry that supported underprivileged children. This ministry provided a safe space where children could receive help with their schoolwork, hear the Word of God, and experience Christ’s love.
When the ministry closed, the mission didn’t stop. Geovanny and Kayla began visiting the streets of Quito, handing out small snack bags to children who worked selling flowers and fruit. Along with the food, they shared messages of hope, played with them, and even invited them to eat at a shopping center, creating joyful moments in the midst of their difficult reality.
Expanding the Vision
After getting married, Geovanny and Kayla felt God’s call to go beyond the city streets. This is how the vision of reaching rural and remote communities was born—places where few ever go.
It all started with a simple yet meaningful act: bringing candy bags at Christmas to children in distant communities. This tradition held special meaning, as Geovanny remembered how, during his childhood in an orphanage, American missionaries would bring not only candy but also the message of salvation. That same impact is what Kingdom Acts now seeks to bring to every community it visits.
The first trips were small, with about 700 candy bags, but the impact was immense. Each distribution became an opportunity to share the Gospel, engage with children through activities, and connect with families.
A Ministry Beyond Borders
After several years of ministry in Ecuador, Geovanny and Kayla moved to the United States—but the mission never stopped. In fact, the vision grew even stronger. Kingdom Acts established a plan for two annual mission trips, in July and December, to continue reaching communities in Ecuador.
Each trip has been an opportunity to:
Deliver Christmas candy bags, shoes, and essential resources to children and families.
Share the Gospel with indigenous and rural communities.
Strengthen local churches and support pastors and leaders in their evangelistic work.
Discover new communities and open doors for future missions.
As the ministry grew and gained more support, Kingdom Acts became an official nonprofit organization in the United States in 2023. This has helped structure efforts more effectively, establish a leadership team, and build partnerships with churches and supporters committed to the mission.
The Future of Kingdom Acts
Today, Kingdom Acts continues to expand its impact, with a dedicated team on the ground in Ecuador led by Saulo and Andrea, who serve as the hands and feet of Christ in the field.
But the mission doesn’t stop here. Kingdom Acts has a bold vision for the future: to build a missionary center in a strategic location near rural and indigenous communities. This center will:
Train local leaders to evangelize and disciple in their own communities.
Provide biblical and ministry education to pastors and missionaries.
Serve as a base for future missions into the jungle and other remote areas. GO TO PROYECTS
Kingdom Acts exists to bring the light of Christ to the places that need it most. Every community reached, every child who receives a candy bag, and every person who hears the message of salvation is a testimony of God’s power working through this ministry.
Join the mission. Together, we can continue impacting lives and expanding God’s Kingdom.
